Joe Puckett, PE
Owner / President
Joe Puckett graduated from NC State University in 2003 with an engineering degree and now is a Professional Engineer registered in NC, SC, VA, GA, and IL. He has over 21 years of experience with civil site design for public and private clients across various market sectors (higher education, healthcare, commercial, mixed use, residential, office, federal, manufacturing, power/resources, etc.). Some of the most notable projects Joe has worked on are several 20-story Mixed Use buildings in downtown Raleigh (The Dillon, Raleigh Crossings and 400H), a major adaptive reuse project - Raleigh Ironworks, and several campus projects like the new Lenovo campus in RTP, Greek Village phases 1-4 at NC State, and the new Department of Agriculture campus for the Steve Troxler Building. This past year Joe was recognized by his peers with a Local Leadership Pathfinder award and currently serves on the Development Services Advisory Committee (DSAC) for the City of Raleigh.
